“ This was my first time visiting Philz Coffee, and while I was a little surprised to find out they don’t serve double espressos, it definitely wasn’t the end of the world. What made up for it was the exceptional customer service and how clean and welcoming the space was—everything felt really well taken care of. I also loved seeing their contribution to Thousands Elementary—it’s always great to see a business giving back to the community. For my drink, I ordered an iced dirty chai with almond milk, and I was genuinely surprised by how flavorful it was. It wasn’t just delicious—it was beautifully made, with a lovely presentation and a refreshing hint of mint that tied it all together perfectly. “ Great cafe! I stopped by for the first time this morning between appointments and had such a nice experience. I usually just drive to Starbucks for convenience, but the service I received here today was exceptional! Maryiam at the counter was so friendly and offered me a few samples to help me figure out which featured drink I’d like best — so thoughtful. I ended up going with a Honey Haze and a butter croissant, and both were delicious. 10/10 experience. Thank you for the recommendation, Maryiam! ”

“ EDIT: I’m so disappointed in the new baristas that were hired, I go here everyday and the original girls make such good coffee but some have left and it seems like everything is going down hill, Mariyam makes the worst coffee ever and her attitude is not what I like my first reaction in the morning to be. Very sad… We come to Philz every morning, and it’s truly become part of our daily routine for a reason. The coffee? Hands down the best you’ll ever have. Smooth, flavorful, and customized to perfection—once you taste Philz, you’ll never go back. (Sorry, Starbucks… it’s over.) What really sets this place apart is the people. I usually mobile order but even when I order in person, Mariyem starts making my drink right away, today she even put a straw out next to my mobile order as I usually ask her for one every time. Haha. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. Great representation of how a cafe should be like these days - unlike Starbucks. ”
